The Wind is blowing from the East tonight
The Moon wanes yellow and deep
The Cold is here and it is right
That Mammals curl up to sleep
But in the forest trees are laughing
Redwood, Fir, Pine and Oak
Ferns thick fronds unfurling
Fungi from the ground will poke
Come experience the change of seasons at Spark
For you it may be dark and cold but the trees and grasses are lovin' it
Enter your own space, acknowledge the sadness or the need to withdraw
Then imagine that you are a fungus or a fern or a tree and delight in the life giving rain.
