The theme for the evening is nurturing ourselves and our community. As the days become shorter and we turn toward winter, let us prepare ourselves for the times ahead. We have the power within us to nurture ourselves as well as those around us. This is a time for slowing down, rejuvenating, and opening up to giving and receiving. A time to look inward and attend to the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual parts of ourselves. A time to release and let go of what is not serving us and to focus on gathering our resources and looking to the future. Please join us for an evening of dancing, singing, playing music and nurturing.
