The March Spark Circle will focus on PLAY. By Rolling with Whatever comes up, we find our playful, creative selves. And by playing with the Roles we usually play, we learn other ways of being.
We'll have some exercise balls to roll on, and some props and costumes to explore who we are or want to stretch into! Please bring your stretching ball if you have one!
