Potluck 4pm
It's still cold and dark, so let's socialize! Join us for a potluck feast before Spark circle on January 14. This is an opportunity for us to grow closer as a community and just to have some fun before the Sacred Play of Spark circle. Come at 4pm to share food, stories and fun with us. Then we'll roll right into our beautiful January circle.

As the calendar year ends and we begin anew, I am reminded that everything transforms, one into the other, in a never ending cycle. 2016 has been a dark year for many, but as we know the dark always transforms into the light, as it contains the seed of light within it. This month's circle theme will be the Taoist concept of Yin and Yang (pronounced YAWNG).
Yin and Yang are mutually-arising, interdependent, and continuously transforming, one into the other. One could not exist without the other, for each contains the essence of the other. Night becomes day, and day becomes night. Birth becomes death, and death becomes birth.
Please wear all black or all white for this month's circle as your wardrobe allows.
