This month we're following a new schedule. We're setting up the circle before the Potluck. If you are createing an altar please plan on showing up at 4:30pm.
There's only one group orientation. It's highly recommended for newcomers and we'll try and make it fun for everyone to be involved with (drummers, transformationalists, people with questions, everyone!).
Right before circle there's a personal prep. time. This is quiet time to do whatever you need to do to get ready for the circle. If you absolutely need to have a conversation during this time, please do it outside of the building.
At the end of the circle, after announcements, we are going to ask everyone who isn't leaving immediately to help clean up. We want to get the clean up done, and have time to hang out afterwards. No hanging out, until we're done cleaning up!

4:30 - 5:00 Circle Setup
5:00 - 6:15 Potluck
6:15 - 6:30 Potluck Cleanup
6:30 - 6:45 Pre-circle orientation
6:45 - 7:00 Personal preparation time (quiet time).
7:00 - 9:30 The circle
9:30 - 9:45 Grounding, snuggling and announcements
9:45 - 10:15 Clean up
10:15 - ? Afterglow - hang out and chat with friends until the last core
person needs to go to bed.
