What have your sown seeds ripened this first harvest? Let's be thankful for what we have created this year, and also have discernment on what we want to continue to nurture.

Now is the time of the year to celebrate the first harvest, sometimes called Lammas or Lughnasadh. Not only is it time to enjoy the fruits of our labor; the ripening of the seeds we planted earlier this year, it is a time to cut away what we don't want. Let us look at what has been working for us and what has not. Before we spend any more energy on things in our lives that don't bear fruit, let us take a deep look at what we want to continue to nurture. This way our future harvest can be greater than our last, and truer to our hearts.

Check your harvest, whats your inventory? what have your sown seeds ripened? Thin your 'plants' for a better yield in the future harvest.

BRING: If you are able, bring a small basket of your harvest (if you have some extra tomatoes, lemons, zuchinni, etc) and lets trade our harvest!
